September 13, 2008 – Earthdance

7pm-10:00pm in the Spiritual Life Center

This is a Global Dance Festival for Peace that has grown to become the world's largest simultaneous music and dance event. Founded in 1996, with 22 cities and 18 countries participating, Earthdance has grown to over 300 locations in 60 countries participating in 2007. Every year, in alignment with the International Day of Peace, over 200,000 people unite in dance with hundreds of thousands more joining online in support of global peace and humanitarian aims.Proceeds will benefit Habitat for Humanity ReStore.

September 14, 2008 – Annual New Thought Music Awards

7-10:00pm in the Activities Center.
Itoi Ministries sponsors the yearly Posi Awards and the popular PosiPalooza Concert tour and is creating an industry for a brand of music unknown to the mainstream, much the same way the Gospel Music Association (GMA) helped create a huge industry for it’s Christian artists and message more than 50 years ago. Itoi promotes music with a universal message of peace, unity and personal and global transformation.
